Loutfi Echhade

Mr. Loutfi Echhade serves as a Board Member of Ahmad Abdulwahab Abed Holding Company and brings extensive experience in finance, auditing, corporate governance, and risk management.

He currently serves as a Senior Financial Advisor, Independent Board Member, and Audit Committee Member for several joint-stock companies in Saudi Arabia, including publicly listed companies. He also serves on the Board of Regents of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and on the Professional Standards Committee of the Texas State Society of CPAs.

Previously, he served as a Senior Audit Partner at Ernst & Young (EY) and other leading global accounting firms. He was also a member of EY’s Global, EMEIA, and MENA Advisory Councils and held several leadership positions within the American University of Beirut (AUB) alumni network. Throughout his career, he has contributed significantly to strengthening governance, financial oversight, risk management, and organizational excellence across a wide range of institutions.
