Ahmad A. Abed Holding was established in 1978 as an individual trading establishment, introducing Fermipan yeast to the Saudi market and beginning a journey in bakery solutions.

Bakemate Factory

The Bakemate manufacturing facility was established, marking the group's entry into large-scale production of professional-grade bakery premixes and ingredients.

Bakemate Brand

The Bakemate brand was officially launched as the group's flagship manufacturing identity, delivering high-quality bakery premix solutions across Saudi Arabia.

Moltaqa Alkhabazeen

Moltaqa Alkhabazeen was established as a specialized retail destination for baking supplies, growing into a nationwide network serving bakeries and families across the Kingdom and GCC.

Khadija Warehouses

Khadija Cold Storage and Warehousing was founded in 2006, providing integrated logistics and temperature-controlled storage solutions that strengthened the group's supply chain.

Factory Extension

Bakemate's manufacturing facility was significantly expanded through a strategic partnership with Daxner, incorporating advanced European production technology to scale capacity toward 40,000 tons annually.

Joint Stock Company Conversion

Ahmad A. Abed Holding was converted into a Closed Joint-Stock Company, positioning the group for its next phase of regional growth and institutional partnerships.

Horeca Dept.

The group launched its dedicated HORECA department, delivering tailored equipment and solutions to hotels, restaurants, and catering professionals across the Kingdom.
