Dr. Fady Elassaad

Dr. Fadi Al-Asaad serves as a Board Member of Ahmad Abdulwahab Abed Holding Company and brings more than three decades of leadership experience in the food and beverage industry across the Middle East.

He holds Bachelor's and master's degrees in Biological and Food Engineering from Mississippi State University, a Ph.D. in Food Engineering from the University of Maryland, and an MBA in General Management from Florida Metropolitan University.

He currently serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of Asafwah Dairy & Beverages. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held several senior executive positions, including Chief Executive Officer of Arabian Beverage Company, Vice President of Business Development and Technical Services at Cargill, and General Manager of New Projects, Quality, Innovation, Research & Development, and Regulatory Affairs at NADEC. His extensive industry expertise has played a key role in driving business growth, innovation, and operational excellence across leading organizations in the food and beverage sector.
